Here is one of our featured products. The Clean Fryer was recently gifted Japan’s Gold Award for Best Technology Invention 2007. The video clip below gives more information.
Some key features of the fryer include:
– Uses less oil than conventional deep fryers, thereby saving costs in the long run.
- Oil stays cleaner for longer. Cooking waste and residue float to the bottom, where the water is easily replaceable.
- Fries better, does not taint the food with a stale oil taste.
- Currently only being marketed in Japan. Has received high praise and recognition from it’s clients, including hospitals, hotels, restaurants and large franchise chains.
