Manuka Wipe

Manuka hydrosol (floral water)

Manuka is a bushy plant with small spiky leaves and bears white or pink flowers. The essential oil is found in little pockets inside the leaves, which are broken to release the aroma.

A New Zealand native botanical, manuka plant is also known for its potent antibacterial properties, which help keep the skin clean and free from bacterial and blemishes.

The chopped plant material undergoes a steam distillation process which extracts the essential oil which has been proven to contain powerful antibacterial, antimicrobial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties making it useful in a wide range of conditions. It contains micronized droplets of the manuka essentials oils suspended in the water (resulting from the steam) - all of the essence of the plant in every drop.
